M67 hand grenade

The M67 hand grenade is used by the terrorists after they drop their FTG disguise. Note that the grenades itself are in black color, likely to indicate that they're just inert replicas.

The M67's safety pin removed from a body the terrorists move after Kisaragi rigged it to explode.
The pin being pulled by the teeth by Don-chol. It can't be done actually since it'll hurt your teeth. But since the grenade is likely an inert replica, this isn't a major problem when the scene was shot.
