The following guns were used in the film You Only Live Twice

Walther PPK

James Bond's (Sean Connery) standard sidearm is once again a Walther PPK.

Smith & Wesson Model 36

James Bond, while in Japan, uses the Smith & Wesson Model 36 to kill an assassin.

Webley Mk VI

Blofeld (Donald Pleasance) drops a Webley Mk VI in the control room. Bond picks it up and uses it during the assault on the volcano lair.

MP40

The SPECTRE guards in the volcano use MP40s. Tiger Tanaka (Tetsuro Tamba) also picks one up and fires it after Bond kills the guard using it.

MP40 - 9mm

Star Z-45

Tiger's Ninjas use the Star Z-45 SMG when in the volcano crater. (These scenes were filmed in Spain, explaining the Star's presence. Once the action shifts to the volcano interior, these SMGs are not seen again.)

Sterling L2A3

A Sterling L2A3 is used by Chinese hitmen during Bond's "murder" in Hong Kong during the pre-credits sequence. They are also used by Tiger's Ninjas and SPECTRE guards during the final battle.

Sterling Submachine Gun - 9mm

Thompson M1A1

An assassin trying to kill Bond in Tokyo carried a Thompson M1A1.

Lee-Enfield No. 4

A Royal Navy honor guard uses the Lee-Enfield No. 4 during Bond's Hong Kong "funeral".

Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk.I - .303 the most common World War Two Rifle, in service between 1941–Present

Lee-Enfield No. 5 Jungle Carbine

Blofeld's guards use Lee-Enfield No. 5 Jungle Carbine rifles.

Lee-Enfield No.5 Jungle Carbine - .303. This is not a chopped down No. 4 conversion (like many jungle carbines are) but an original No.5

MBA Gyrojet Rifle

Tiger Tanaka (Tetsuro Tamba) leads his men to Blofeld's lair holding these MBA Gyrojet rifles.

M1/M2 Carbines

Ninjas and SPECTRE Guards in the volcano battle each use M1/M2 Carbines.

Korean War Era M1 Carbine, with Birch Stock, Adjustable sight and bayonet lug. Most of the World War 2 variations of the M1 Carbine were sent back to the Military Arsenals and retrofitted with the Bayonet Lug and adjustable rear sight. This is the version seen after last 1945 and all the way until the 1960s. This version is seen most often in World War 2 movies, despite being anachronistic for most World War 2 battles.
