The following firearms were seen in the film World Trade Center:
Smith & Wesson 5946
The Smith & Wesson 5946 is the standard firearm nearly all officers of the New York Port Authority Police Department including Sgt. John McLoughlin, Officer Will Jimeno (Michael Peña) Officer Dominick Pezzulo (Jay Hernandez), and Officer Giraldi (Nicholas Turturro). Within the rubble, Officer Pezzulo's firearm is notably seen discharging by itself (in the actual incident, it's been speculated that it went off due to the super hot gases melting the cartridge inside the handgun).
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen in the holsters of NYPD officers.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS appears to be in the holster of ESU Rescueman Scott Strauss (Stephen Dorff).
M16A2
Several members of the National Guard are armed with the M16A2 at various checkpoints.
