If you're going to do this category, then be prepared to do EVERY American production listed in this database or do not do it all. --Ben41 23:22, 20 October 2010 (UTC)

:Yeah, dude, can you PLEASE stop uploading gun images we don't need? Especially when they're weird experimental guns that don't appear in any movies (and couldn't, since they didn't go into production and therefore wouldn't be accessible even to Hollywood's armorers)? We don't exactly have an endless amount of server space, plus you're just filling up the gun section unnecessarily. Thank you. -MT2008 01:18, 11 December 2008 (UTC)

What Ben41 said should apply to the other nationality categories your created- why even make a Hong Kong category when you've only added one entry to it?

::How many times do I have to ask you? This is IMFDB, not some site for experimental guns. Go start your own experimental gun site if you wanna do that kind of stuff. But I have told you many times to STOP uploading these photos of experimental guns we don't need. If you keep ignoring me, I will take action. -MT2008 01:18, 25 December 2008 (UTC)

Even though one entry, there may be more Hong Kong stuff added in the future as Hong Kong has made quite a lot, as well as showing that IMFDB has consideration for films from all countries and cultures other than just "american", no matter how much they made.

:::You just uploaded yet another picture of the Pribor-3B for that page, even though you already have several pictures of the gun on that page already. And this is for an experimental weapon that sort off appears in Duke Nukem 3D. Like I said, if you like experimental guns, that's fine, but IMFDB isn't a museum of experimental guns. -MT2008 01:37, 25 December 2008 (UTC)

The template you used for Beau Travail is outdated.  Please see the revised page for the current version (remember to hyperlink the gun in the description).   Do you have screenshots for this film?  --Ben41 02:04, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
I like your work and you screencap some very good pics but if you make a page, please at least add a description and a stock picture(just the gun). I'm aware not every film is screencappable but at least make the pages more complete. Most of the movies you upload I've never heard of so a description would be nice. I'll add pictures to your newest articles but you are the only one who can write the description. Of course I mean no offense, it's just a tip because so many pages on this site are empty, and of course we don't need anymore. -Gunmaster45

It is a Rhodesian/South African Kommando Arms 9mm submachine gun, nicknamed the "Ruzi" since it was made in Rhodesia. They are quite common although an unusual weapon so they are bound to end up in some movies. I have held a deactivated example on a military display and was quite a nice weapon to handle although cheaply made.

Do you plan on fixing the Evita page?  In the future, it would be best to try to put a little more effort in making the page in the proper format (like properly justifying the gun pictures) before saving it and putting a "work in progress" note that you're going to be coming back to it in the future. Because right now, if nothing more is done, the page looks like it could be marked for deletion.   Also, if you want to make a note of armored vehicles in the film, please put that in the discussion.   --Ben41 20:58, 22 May 2011 (CDT)
Regarding the Format, I sometimes find it useful especially when it comes to war movies. For example the 'goodies weapons' and the 'baddies weapons'. -Cutaway 0:151AM, 29/01/2009 (UTC)

:As far as format goes, what I mean is that you seem to ignore just about any and all formatting conventions as you see fit. You've been on here for as long as I have. After all this time, have you not noticed that when we make a movie page, we put "The following guns are seen in ______" in BOLD, then then list gun entries as underlined? Same with what you do on gun pages. Every page you make is a half-assed effort, it looks sloppy, and you don't seem to give a shit. Which is, frankly, quite annoying because I (or another admin) have to go in and "clean up" after you.

Actor pages (AGAIN)
:Additionally, you seem to have a bizarre obsession with making long entries for rare guns that don't appear in many movies. This is NOT a gun history site; it's a "guns in the movie" site. Go start your own Wiki for experimental guns if you're into that kind of thing. I don't know how to be nice about this - you're one of the most annoying people I have to deal with on here. And I've asked you many times NOT to do the stuff you do. If you don't have the courtesy to put a little more effort into pages than you do, then maybe you shouldn't be onn here. What you are doing is the Wiki equivalent of walking into somebody's living room and grinding your muddy shoes on the carpet. -MT2008 20:02, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

Again, you're not making the actor pages in the proper format. You've been told before about this.  Go to a properly formatted page like John Savage, click the "Edit" in the upper right, copy and paste the code and replace with the information for the actor you're making the page for. You've been contributing for a long time and you're being asked nicely to follow this.   --Ben41 20:35, 16 June 2011 (CDT)

Alienqueen has shown me a site where you have been uploading gun images taken by MoviePropmaster2008:

That is against the terms that MPM, as the author of the photographs, laid out. His images are specifically for IMFDB, and not to be uploaded anywhere else without his permission (he's allowed a few to be used on Wikipedia, but that's been it so far). If you are going to use his work on another site, you should ask him first. In the meantime, please remove the images you have uploaded (and I see you also took his T2 MK5 picture) from the Guns Wiki.

Also, when you respond to me, make sure you do it on my own Talk Page, here, not on your own, as you did the last time I spoke to you. -MT2008 18:07, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

Just a warning to you. Do Not Post A Duplicate of a Page You Have Posted Already. In October 27, 2008 you made a Dr. Strangelove page with no screencaps and then you post Dr. Stangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964) 17:59, June 25, 2009. The same movie with the same info on the page. It is a waste of time and space for all and I will penalize you for it. - Phoenixent 02:05, 26 June 2009 (UTC)

No USA produced category needed

We do not need, and I will not allow, a USA-produced category. The vast majority of the media on this site will naturally be American-made, and this is an American site (even if we allow foreign media to be documented). -MT2008 12:46, 21 October 2010 (UTC)
