The Taurus 44 is a .44 magnum 6 shooter, while the Taurus 608 is a .357 magnum 8 shot revolver, built on the same frame as the 44. It's a large-framed revolver and can be easily mistaken for the more well-known Taurus Raging Bull. As can be seen in the screenshots below the extra cylinder locking catch of the Raging Bull isn't visible, the barrel profile is different (the Raging Bull has a tear drop profile) and the vents of the Raging Bull are not present. On top of that, it can clearly be seen that the words "Raging Bull" are not present on the barrel.

The Losers is a 2010 action film based on the DC Vertigo comic and stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Clay, the leader of a Special Forces team who, after they are declared KIA after a failed mission, are determined to root out the CIA operative who betrayed them. The film's cast included Jason Patric, Idris Elba, Zoe Saldana and Chris Evans.

The following weapons were used in the film The Losers:

Handguns

Kimber Custom TLE II

Clay (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) carries a Kimber Custom TLE II as his main sidearm.

Kimber Custom TLE II - .45 ACP.
Clay (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) carries a Kimber Custom TLE II during the raid on the drug lord's compound.
Clay opens fire with his Kimber during the shootout at the Los Angeles Harbor.

Colt XSE M1911

Wade (Holt McCallany) carries a Colt XSE, fitted with Pachmayr grips. The pistol also is seen in the hands of Max (Jason Patric). Roque (Idris Elba) uses one during the harbor shootout.

Colt XSE with Les Baer Slide and Bomar sights - .45 ACP
Max (Jason Patric) uses the pistol. The hammer of the pistol is seen falling, but the slide didn't cycle and the gun didn't kick at all, suggesting the pistol was empty and the muzzle flash was added in post.
Max returns XSE back to Wade. Note the clearly visible Pachmayr grips.
Wade (Holt McCallany) pulls his Colt XSE on the scientist.

Beretta 92FS

One of the handguns that Aisha (Zoe Saldana) uses is a Beretta 92FS. Security guards at Goliath Industries and Cryon Security Contractors also use Beretta 92FS pistols. Pooch and Jensen also use them during the harbor shootout.

Beretta 85F

The other handgun that Aisha uses is a nickel Beretta 85F.

Smith & Wesson Model 629

Cougar (Óscar Jaenada) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 629 as his primary sidearm.

Desert Eagle

A Desert Eagle is the main sidearm of Roque (Idris Elba). Judging by the pictures below, Roque's Desert Eagle switches between a two-tone version with a silver frame, and an all-black version.

Desert Eagle Mark XIX - .50 AE, black finish. The newer Mark XIX models are most distinguishable by the scope rail mount above the barrel, clearly visible here. This is the version of the Desert Eagle popularized by The Matrix, and the most common in current movies and TV shows.

Roque (Idris Elba) loads the Desert Eagle. In this shot the frame appears to be black.

Taurus 44

A Taurus 44 is one of the guns that are bet when the Losers play cards at the beginning of the film.

Glock 17

A Glock 17 can be briefly seen in the hands of a member of Max's protection force during the armored car heist.

Heckler & Koch USP

Max (Jason Patric) is seen with what could be a USP to execute a scientist.

Heckler & Koch USP - .45 ACP

Shotguns

Remington 870 (Breacher)

A Remington 870 shotgun fitted with a pistol grip, breaching muzzle, and saddle shell holder is used by Pooch (Columbus Short) during the harbor shootout.

Remington 870 Breacher Muzzle - 12 gauge.
Pooch (Columbus Short) holds the 870 shotgun, understandably angry due to the gun's 'stovepipe' jam - a shotshell is clearly seen to be stuck in the chamber (sometimes happens when the pump is short-stroked).

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5K

Clay (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) uses two Heckler & Koch MP5K's with PDW-style stocks in the shootout at the harbor.

MP5K 9x19mm with the PDW-style folding stock attached, commonly used in films to emulate the PDW.
Clay emerges with both H&K MP5K's.

Aisha aims a MP7A1 in a production still. Note that this MP7A1 is clearly a fake one, the stock arms are slightly bent, the flash hider looks strange, the top rail hasn't slots... and the trigger is missing!

Sniper Rifles

Knight's Armament SR-25

A Knight's Armament SR-25 is the main sniper weapon of Cougar (Óscar Jaenada). He later uses another SR-25 equipped with a PRS stock after getting back to the US.

Cougar seen here "firing" the SR-25 as a full cartridge is ejected. The crimp-nose indicates that this is a blank round.

Rifles & Carbines

M4A1

The M4A1 carbine is carried by various members of the Losers including Jensen (Chris Evans), Pooch (Columbus Short), Roque (Idris Elba) and Clay (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) throughout the movie kitted out with different attachments depending on the mission. Several of Max's guards in the convoy also are armed with M4A1s.

Heckler & Koch HK416D

When the team inspects the wreckage of a helicopter in Bolivia, some of the team's M4s appear to have changed to different models of the similar looking Heckler & Koch HK416D.

Roque on the left appears to hold an HK416 instead of the M4A1 he was seen using before. Note the shorter barrel.

Heckler & Koch G36K

Some of the Cryon contractors protecting Max's convoy in Miami are armed with Heckler & Koch G36K rifles with top rails and foregrips. This is also the gun Clay uses in his confrontation with Max.

Knight's Armament SR-15 E3 IWS

Other members of Max's protection force are seen defending the convoy with Knight's Armament SR-15 E3 IWS rifles.

Heavy Weapons

M136 AT4

Aisha fires an M136 AT4 from the hip, which is NO way to handle it. However, as Jensen notes, it makes Aisha look like "one bad-ass chick". The AT4 also appears to launch an exposed warhead.
