The Gewehr 98 doesn't have wood between the rear 'rollercoaster sight' and the chamber bridge. The rifle in the pics DOES, which makes it another Straight Bolt Mauser variant. I didn't consider it initially because I had thought that the Zhongzheng rifle had a bent bolt, not a straight one. - Can it be a Zhongzheng/CKS rifle? I didn't consider it initially because I had thought that the Zhongzheng rifle had a bent bolt, not a straight one.
