Pathologic (Russian title: Мор. Утопия) is a 2005 psychological horror video game. An updated version of the original game titled Pathologic Classic HD, was released in October 2015. A full remake of the game is also currently being developed, and is scheduled for release in fall 2016. The game tells the story of three main characters who are mostly known by their nicknames: two men, Bachelor (Бакалавр) and Haruspex (Гаруспик), and a girl nicknamed Devotress (Самозванка). Each of them tries to uncover the source of a strange lethal sickness known as the "sand plague" that has befallen a small town. Although players can play as each of them, there is only one storyline, which is seen from different points of view depending upon the chosen character. The ability to uncover some secrets depend on which character is being played and the characters also interact with the other two unchosen characters and discuss their progress over the course of the game.

Webley-Fosbery Automatic Revolver
A Webley-Fosbery Automatic Revolver appears in "Pathologic" and "Pathologic Classic HD" simply as "revolver". It is the most common weapon in the game.
Berdan No.2 Carbine
The Berdan No.2 Carbine bolt-action carbine appears in the "Pathologic" and "Pathologic Classic HD". Often seen in the hands of soldiers.
Howdah Pistol
A 16-gauge double-barelled O/U Howdah Pistol with exposed hammers appears in the "Pathologic" and "Pathologic Classic HD" as "Sawed-off" (despite the fact that technically it is the Howdah).
