The pistol that is seen tucked at Alfredo's pants on first screenshot must be another one: it has a bright logo on grip, that is not typical for S&W pistols. So here we have a continuty error, and Alfredo at first appeares with another pistol, and later the pistol that Estelle takes from him is a S&W.
