:::The shootdown is on youtube, and I watched it and paused it a couple of times, and it doesn't look like a real missile, at least not a real Soviet-bloc missile. I looked up all the possible suspects, and nothing matches. And since we're on the subject, the missile that streaked past them probably should've detonated due to the proximity, and since it was near the nose and cockpit, probably should've killed the crew and ended the movie right there. --[[User:Funkychinaman|Funkychinaman]] 15:36, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

::::Alright, thanks! It's been bugging me for weeks what that thing was. And yes there should have been proximity detonation. Although big flying shotgun is pretty cool too![[User:RedJedRevolver|RedJedRevolver]] 00:47, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Revision as of 00:47, 1 April 2010

Can anyone take a look at the T72 tanks (Burnett walks past one while disguised as a Serbian soldier before removing his disguise and running off) and see if they have any machine guns mounted on top of the turret? The T72's used in the film usually come with NSV heavy machine guns mounted on the Tank Commander's hatch on the right side of the turret roof, but I can't remember if the ones in the film had theirs mounted or removed. Thanks in advance.
