The following weapons were used in Season 1 of the television series Supernatural:

Handguns

Colt M1911A1

Colt M1911A1s are one of the most common pistols used in the series, appearing in multiple episodes and being one of the weapons in the trunk of the Winchesters' 1967 Impala.

Colt M1911A1 - .45 ACP

Dean (Jensen Ackles) caries a standard M1911A1 in "Wendigo" (S01E02).

An M1911A1 with Pachmayer grips is in the Impala's trunk, as seen here in "Skin" (S01E06).

John Winchester (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) carries an M1911A1 during a flashback in "Something Wicked" (S01E18).

A custom M1911A1 with an engraved slide and pearl grips is one of the main pistols used by the brothers.

Dean uses the custom M1911A1 in "Skin" (S01E06) loaded with silver bullets to hunt a shapeshifter.

Dean carries the custom M1911A1 whilst hunting a tulpa (a Tibetan thoughtform) in "Hell House" (S01E17), which is loaded with wrought iron rounds.

Sam uses the M1911A1 loaded with consecrated iron rounds whilst hunting a Shtriga (a tyoe of Albanian witch) in "Something Wicked" (S01E18).

Beretta 92FS

Beretta 92FS pistols appear in several episodes, most commonly being used by police officers.

Sheriff Jake Devins (Daniel Hugh Kelly) carries a Beretta 92FS in "Dead In The Water" (S01E03).

Shotguns

Ithaca 37 (Sawn Off)

A sawn off Ithaca 37 is used by the brothers on several occasions, most commonly when hunting ghosts loaded with rock salt shells.

The Ithaca 37 is often used as a prop to hold up the cover over the weapons compartment in the Impala, as seen here in "Wendigo" (S01E02).

Dean (Jensen Ackles) carries the Ithaca whilst hunting a ghost in "Hook Man" (S01E07).

Sam (Jared Padalecki) carries the Ithaca in "Asylum" (S01E10), but gives it the Kat (Brooke Nevin).

Rifles

Remington Model 7400

A Remington Model 7400 is carried by Roy (Callum Keith Rennie) in "Wendigo" (S01E02).

Roy carries a Model 7400 on the assumption that the creature in question is a bear.

Other Weapons

CAW 40mm Grenade Launcher

A CAW 40mm Grenade Launcher airsoft grenade launcher is seen in the trunk of the Winchesters' Impala in the pilot episode (S01E01). In later episodes this is substituted with a genuine DefTech 37mm launcher.

Visible in this shot is the railed ring around the barrel along with the top break release catch at the rear of the receiver rail which identifies this as the airsoft weapon as opposed to a genuine grenade launcher.

MilTec G1 Paintball Pistol

A MilTec G1 paintball pistol is one of the many weapons in the weapons compartment of the Impala.

DefTech 37mm launcher

A DefTech 37mm launcher is seen in the trunk of the Impala, but is never used.

The Deftech launcher is briefly seen in "Wendigo" (S01E02) whilst Dean is gathering weapons from the trunk.

The shape-shifter in Dean's form looks through the trunk of the Impala and sees a DefTech 37mm launcher in "Skin" (S01E06).

Flare Pistol

Unidentified flare pistol are used by the brothers whilst hunting a Wendigo, which is vulnerable to fire and heat, in "Wendigo" (S01E02).
