As stated, only about a 200 was ever produced. This may not be very accurate, since at least the existence of guns with serial numbers 223 and 388 is known. On the other hand, as often happens with non-mass produced weapons (the most striking example is the [[Welrod Pistol]]), serial numbers for some reason might not be sequential. A confirmation of this fact may be that the sample shown on this page does not have a marking at all.

The OTs-20 Gnom (Gnom is Russian for "gnome") is an Russian smoothbore revolver, developed in the first half of the 1990s by a TsKIB SOO, and produced in 1994. A rare weapon, it was adopted in limited numbers by the MOI of Russian Federation.

As stated, only about a 200 was ever produced. This may not be very accurate, since at least the existence of guns with serial numbers 223 and 388 is known. On the other hand, as often happens with non-mass produced weapons (the most striking example is the Welrod Pistol), serial numbers for some reason might not be sequential.
