The Weapons seen in-Game

Springfield Armory 1911-A1

A Springfield Armory 1911-A1 is the primary handgun of all the players, if a second one is obtained, they can be dual wielded, but the second one does not have a flashlight. Oddly enough, the weapon has a 15-round magazine, but they never run out of total ammunition. They are Zoey's primary weapon in the intro film and the trailers.

I can't honestly see the difference, but it reads Springfield Armory on the side. The other read Remington, and it was indeed a Remington. It's safe to assume that this is a Springfield as well.

It says Pineview Armory (the name o the town where much of the action takes place) on the side.

Ithaca 37

Seen many a time by Francis, this shotgun is Francis's main weapon in the intro and trailers, but also houses a flashlight, as all of the other weapons do.

It is most certainly not a remington 870, but an Ithaca 37 with an ejector port on the side (a common mistake made by game makers- they did this in Team Fortress 2, which was made by the same people that made Left 4 Dead.) And, the logo on the side clearly says "Renegade Rangemaster". I only found this out because my computer happened to hit a massive lag spike while I was in the middle of reloading. It was frozen for about 15 seconds and the words "Renegade Rangemaster" could be clearly seen with some sort of bull's eye logo on the first part of the word Renegade.- ColonelTomb

I think its actually an 870, look at the trigger guard paired with the fact the ithaca 37 has no side ejection port. -User:AdAstra2009

It has more similarities to the Ithaca than the Remington. The reciever, the stock, the forend, and the magazine tube cap are all too similar to an Ithaca 37 to be anything else.

Uzi

A Full-sized uzi with a 50-round magazine and a flashlight taped to the hand guard is the other First Tier weapon. It is Louis' main weapon in the Intro film, in game, and in the trailers, Zoey and Bill also use it in game.

M16A3

The M16A3 with a (Incorrectly) 50-round magazine and a flashlight clipped to the barrel is a Second Tier weapon. It's fully automatic. It is Bill's main weapon in the Intro cutscene.

Benelli M4 Super 90

Another Second Tier weapon, the Benelli M4 in-game has a 10-round magazine and a flashlight clipped to the barrel right in front of the handguard, Francis will use one whenever he finds it.

Although it does not make any difference actually i think it is an M1014 which in fact is the U.S army's version on the Super 90.

Ruger Mini-14 Ranch Rifle

Not a Mini-30 as perviously reported(And where does it stand it uses 223?). The magazine holds 15 rounds, the stock would also suggest it being a older pre-2005 model. Strangely enough, the Rifle also combine the old, single bladed front sight with John Masen flashhider, and the post-2005 aperture sight. Chances are it's a Ruger Ranch rifle in 5.56x45, also known as Mini-30( A Mini-30 fires 7.62x39,not 5.56x45 and has a synthetic stock not wood (My mini-30 got a wood stock) retard. Zoey uses it in game.

M134 Minigun

An M134 Minigun seen mounted on a monopod in the game, usually at the end of the campaign, set up behind sandbags.

Molotov Cocktails

Exactly what the name says it is, it sets a small portion of the floor on fire for a few seconds, anything that wanders too close will be lit on fire.

Pipe Bombs

A Pipe bomb is the games equivalent of a grenade. It has a fuse, but cannot be cooked for some odd reason. It is incredibly effective against basic zombies, which are attracted to it. Tanks however, the one thing that you might need to use it against, runs away from it, and the long fuse doesn't help.

MP5N/A5

While not usable in game, an MP5 with either a Navy trigger group or an A5 trigger group [It's been awhile since I've seen it clearly], a tri-rail handguard and an Aimpoint red dot scope is seen in the hands of nearly all of the characters on the loading screens and promotional pictures.

If I recall correctly it was an A5 trigger group.

A direct hint to that weapon is that within the game the graphic of some ammo stashes displays an ammo can, a few bullets around, and a slim, curved magazine next to it, which looks identical to the ones used by the MP5 family. There is no weapon in the game that uses than kind of magazine (except the M16 but that is shorter and much more flatter to accomodate 5.56 ammo in comparison to MP5's 9mm)
