JAG - Season 9
The following weapons were used in Season 9 of the television series JAG:
Handguns
Beretta 92FS
While in reality the Beretta M9 is the standard issue sidearm for the US military, the Beretta 92FS is the weapon seen used in the series by the US military personnel. In "Posse Comitatus" (S9E08), Sheriff Brad Driskell (Wade Williams) and other deputies are armed with Berettas. US Marines are seen armed with the pistol notably in "Coming Home" (S9E21).

Glock 17
The Glock 17 used by Webb in Season 8 is seen in the hands of Mac in "A Tangled Webb, Part II" (S9E01).
Browning Hi-Power Mark III
A Browning Hi-Power Mark III is used in "A Tangled Webb, Part II" (S9E01).
SIG-Sauer P220R (stainless)
A stainless SIG-Sauer P220R is used by Rabb (David James Elliott) in "A Tangled Webb, Part II" (S9E01). JAG is quite possibly the first television series to feature a rail-frame SIG pistol and this particular model was subsequently seen in an NCIS - Season 2 episode.

SIG-Sauer P230
Sarah is seen pulling a SIG-Sauer P230 from a shelf in her apartment in "Persian Gulf" (S9E16).

Walther PPK/S
A stainless Walther PPK/S is pulled by Stan Nadelman (Larry Manetti) in "What If?" (S9E18).

Rifles
AK Variants
Kalashnikov and Norinco Rifles have been seen during the show's ten seasons. In the episodes set in Russia, Chechnya, Cuba, Iraq, China, etc, as well as flashbacks to the Korean War, Vietnam, and the Cold War, many varieties of Kalashnikov rifles have been seen, as well as the Chinese manufactured Norinco rifles. Unlike most movies and television shows JAG was usually pretty accurate about having the right rifle type for the locations. Insurgents are seen armed with the rifle notably in "Coming Home" (S9E21).
M1 Garand
The M1 Garand rifle is used by a Marine honor guard detail to perform a rifle volley for a fallen Marine in "Coming Home" (S9E21).

M4A1 Carbine
The M4 Carbine is seen being used by Marines notably in "The One That Got Away" (S9E04) and "The Boast" (S9E09).
M16A1 (with A2 handguards)
Various styles of the M16 rifle series appeared in JAG during the show's long run. M16A1s with A2 hand guards were frequently used to simulate M16A2s. These guns make sense in JAG, because the military does use a lot of "Frankenstein" M16s. The Air Force being the worst offender, but they can be found in service with all branches.

M16/AR-15 SP1 (with A2 Handguards)
In "People V. Secnav" (S9E14), M16/AR-15 SP1 rifles with A2 handguards are seen in the hands of US Marines.

Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5SD3
Navy SEALs including Lt. Hugh Gaston (Roger R. Cross) are armed with the Heckler & Koch MP5SD3 while boarding a ship in "Trojan Horse" (S9E22).

Heckler & Koch MP5A3
SWAT officers who enter Mac's apartment are armed with the Heckler & Koch MP5A3 in "Persian Gulf" (S9E16).

Machine Guns
M249 SAW
The M249 SAW is used by a Marine in "Coming Home" (S9E21).
M60 machine gun
An M60 is seen mounted on a humvee in Iraq in "Shifting Sands" (S9E02). Another one is seen being used during Marine training in "Trojan Horse" (S9E22).

Shotguns
Remington 870
A deputy is armed with a Remington 870 in "Posse Comitatus" (S9E08).
Other
M72A2 LAW
The M72A2 LAW is used by Major Spain (Lamont Thompson) in "The One That Got Away" (S9E04).

RPG-7
In "Coming Home" (S9E21), an enemy fighter uses an RPG-7 against a Marine patrol.

General Dynamics M197 Vulcan
In "Posse Comitatus" (S9E08), a Marine AH-1 Cobra (this time a civilian-owned modified version instead of an authentic Marine Cobra seen in Season 3) is shown firing its chin cannon, which is supposed to be a General Dynamics M197 Vulcan. The same modified Cobra was seen in a Season 2 episode of NCIS.
