The following weapons can be seen in the film: Dudley Do•Right.
SIG-Sauer P226
Several of Snidely Whiplash's (Alfred Molina) henchmen use the SIG-Sauer P226 throughout the movie.
Beretta 92FS
The same henchmen also use the Beretta 92F.
Unknown Revolver
Snidely Whiplash (Alfred Molina) uses it to rob a bank with his henchmen in the beginning of the film.
Unknown Double Barrell Shotgun
Snidely Whiplash (Alfred Molina) uses this to 'plant' gold in the waters to make the townspeople think that there's actually gold that can be found in them but he doesn't use it to kill people.
IMI Uzi
One of Whiplash's henchmen is seen with a full size Uzi guarding the territory where Whiplash is having gold shipped and he later arrives.
Heckler & Koch UMP
One of whip's henchmen can be seen with an H&K UMP on one of the boats as they pursue Dudley.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
One of Whip's henchmen can be seen with an MP5 only to fan away the 'fireworks' that were launched at them by Dudley (Brendan Fraser) and the 'Indians'.
SWD M11/9
Once they arrive ashore, A henchman can be seen wielding one of these whilist rounding up the rest of them to continue pursuit and then first getting hammered by the media and the press.
Thompson M1928
Dudley Do Right (Brendan Fraser) is seen armed with the M1928 Thompson submachine gun on numerous occasions.
M16A1
Seen in the hands of Whiplash's henchmen. Some of the M16A1 rifles have the M203 40mm grenade launcher fitted under the barrel.
M16A2
Seen in the hands of Whiplash's henchmen.
Colt M1911A1
Seen in the hands of one of Whiplash's henchmen when they raid the Indian village.
Benelli M3 Super 90
A henchman can be seen with this as he gets crushed by the big rock.

Seen in the hands of one of Whiplash's henchmen when he was running away from a massive boulder.

Browning M2 heavy machine guns were seen mounted on Whiplash's tanks.
