The following guns were used in the AMC TV series Breaking Bad:

Pistols

Smith & Wesson 4506

In the pilot episode, this gun is in drug dealer, Krazy 8's possession. Not long after, Walt becomes its new owner before Jesse disposes of it in the following episode.

M1911A1

Used by a few characters throughout the series, most noticably by the 'Cousins' in season three. The Cousin's 1911s are nickel-plated.

Jericho 941

Tuco uses a Jericho 941 with a stainless finish as his sidearm. Jesse takes it from him while they are fighting on the ground and uses it to wound him. It is later buried in the desert.

Glock 22

Hank Schrader shows off this pistol during the party in the first episode. He uses it in his shootout with Tuco in the episode "Grilled" of season two. Anyone else notice the Glock slide didnt blow back when he fired?

Ruger SP101

This is the revolver purchased by Jesse. He uses it to intimidate an unnamed female junkie and her husband, Spooge after they rip-off one of Jesse's dealers.

A Smith & Wesson M945 is used by rival drug dealer and by Walt to shoot the dealer after running him over.

Beretta M84 Cheetah

Jesse buys and plans to use a Beretta Cheetah to take revenge on drug dealers who killed his friend, but he never fires it as Walt intervenes with his car.

Heckler & Koch Mark 23

This pistol is used with a suppressor by Mike in the season 3 finale.

Assault Rifles

M4A1 Carbine

The M4 Carbine is carried by Tuco when he takes Walt and Jesse hostage. Walt later takes this weapon from him when Tuco is bashed over the head with a rock by Jesse. However, Tuco gets it out of the car when DEA agent Hank, who is also Walt's brother-in-law, arrives at Tuco's hideout. DEA agents also use M4A1s when they arrest Jesse in 'Bit By a Dead Bee' It is also seen in the music video for "Negro y Azul". Two are in the video, one lying on the ground and another propped up against a pickup truck with a telescopic sight and underslung grenade/flare launcher mounted.

HK G36C

This rifle is seen in poster reading "KNOW YOUR WEAPON" in the DEA headquarters. It has a red-dot optic mounted on its accessory rail.

Shotgun

Ithaca 37

An Ithaca 37 is used by a police officer before he is axed by one of the Cousins.

"Negro Y Azul" Weapons

A music video appears in the Season 2 episode "Negro Y Azul" (Spainish for black and blue). A multitude of weapons appear in the video.

Unknown Revolver

A revolver of unknown make and manufacture can be seen in the Negro Y Azul music video. It is sitting next to several bags of the Walt's signature blue meth.

HK MP5K

An MP5K is seen in the music video for "Negro y Azul". It is lying on the ground with some other weapons.

AK-Type Assault Rifle

This is seen in the music video for "Negro y Azul" in the beginning of the third episode, second season. It is propped up against a pick-up truck.

A full-sized Uzi can be seen in the music video for "Negro y Azul".

An FN P90 can be seen in the music video for "Negro y Azul". It is impossible to determine if it is a P90 or PS90, since only the back end is seen.
