Boomtown was a police drama set in Los Angeles that aired on NBC for two seasons from 2002-2003. The series showed the circumstances of a particular crime from several different points of view that included the cops, criminals, witnesses, and the lawyers.

Handguns
Beretta 92FS
The standard sidearm of the LAPD at the time was the Beretta 92FS and was mainly seen used in the series by LAPD Officer Ray Hechler (Gary Basaraba) and Officer Tom Turcotte (Jason Gedrick).
Beretta Cougar
The main sidearm of Detective Bobby "Fearless" Smith (Mykelti Williamson) is a Beretta Cougar.
Smith & Wesson 5906
The Smith & Wesson 5906 is the sidearm carried by Fearless' partner Detective Joel Stevens (Donnie Wahlberg).
Smith & Wesson Model 60
In Season 1's "Insured by Smith & Wesson", former action star Les Van Buren (Joe Penny) is loading a Smith & Wesson Model 60. Later in the episode, Officer Hechler is seen holding it.
Walther PPK
Reggie Flood (Fredric Lane), one of the men that take over the sporting goods store, is seen with wielding a Walther PPK.
Walther P38
A Walther P38 is one of the guns seen underneath the glass in Season 1's "Insured by Smith & Wesson".
Glock 19
Spath (Brian Goodman) is seen threatening Les with a Glock 19.

Remington 870 (sawed-off)
A home invasion suspect is seen carrying a Remington 870 with a sawed barrel and stock, which is later used by Henry Stein (Joe Spano) in Season 1's "Home Invasion".
Remington 870 (Police Folder)
