Despite being touted as a remake or sequel to the 1992 film Bad Lieutenant, the director Werner Herzog insists that this is an original work only vaguely following the same story of a drug addicted and violent police detective surrounded by crime and sex. The official international title is The Bad Lieutenant:Port of Call - New Orleans
The following guns were used in the film Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call - New Orleans
Feel free to correct my English -_^. - Charly Driver

Smith & Wesson Model 29
LT. Terence McDonagh (Nicolas Cage) uses a S&W M29 with 6.5" barrel as his weapon of choice. He uses carry it inside his pants and without any holster. McDonagh refers to it as a ".44 Mag" when asked Mundt (Michael Shannon) to bring it back. I do not know if a police department would allow that caliber and that carring way.
Colt Sporter II Carbine
During the arrest of a Big Fate (Xzibit) thug, a policemen holds a Colt Sporter II Carbine.
Glock 19
Several agents use 3rd generation Glock 19s.
SIG-Sauer P230/232
Several characters brandish a SIG-Sauer P230/232. Lt. McDonagh put this gun inside his pants at the end of the movie.

The Ruger P89 is the sidearm of Stevie Pruit (Val Kilmer).
Star Model B
A young detective is seen with a Star Model B.
M1911A1
A Gratz thug points a silver M1911A1 during the standoff.
Magnum Research Desert Eagle MK I/VII
A thug in Frankie's apartament points McDonagh's dog with a stainless Desert Eagle. The safety level is not enough visible to determinate the version. But certainly not XIX.
Smith & Wesson 659
During the climax both Fate's men uses Smith & Wesson 659.
Sawed-Off Shotgun
Big Fate (Xzibit) uses a Sawed-Off Shotgun hidden under his desk.
Unknown Revolver
