SFPD "Detective" Rebecca Madsen (Sarah Jones) uses a Glock 26. (Note: All detectives in the SFPD hold the rank of "Inspector," and thus this is an ongoing goof.)

A Winchester Model 70 was used by Ernest Cobb (Joe Egender) in "Ernest Cobb" (S1E02). In the same episode, Edwin James, the warden of Alcatraz, is seen taking target practice with a Winchester during a flashback.
M1 Carbine
An M1 Carbine can be seen in the Alcatraz armory in episode 5.
Assault Rifles
Colt M4A1
The guards at "NEW" Alcatraz can be seen with Colt M4A1 weapons with some kind of sight attachment. In "Pilot" (S1E01), an SFPD SWAT fires his M4A1.
