M95A1 Phased Plasma Rifle
T800 endoskeleton carrying a M95A1 Phased Plasma Rifle

A fictional plasma weapon with a unique bullpup layout that is seen being used by Terminators in the future scenes of the movie, and also some episodes of Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles. This weapon was built on the Calico M-960 9mm submachine gun.

Trivia

Its possible this fictional weapon was inspired by the Steyr ACR which was under trials at the time of filming this movie, but turned out to resemble a Russian TKB-022PM hence the Bullpup layout with a very far back magazine.
