The High Standard HDM appearas as the new pistol in MOT, it holds 10 shots and is heavier than the Nagant Revolver, Semyon can only take one spare magazine with him except when playing on Saboteur difficulty.

Luger P08
The Luger P08 appear as one of the enemy handguns, the new suppressed Luger is locked to Saboteur difficutly (The highest difficulty where the player cannot use disguises) outside of the final mission.
Strogov holds the Luger P08 on the loading screen for "Dora" , it is barely visible at the bottom of the screen, the choice of pistol is odd as this mission takes place in Bletchley Park, British territory and the Luger isn't present in this mission at all without using cheats.

Accessible via cheats/modding is the scoped Karabiner 98K from the original Death To Spies, it seemingly never appears normally.
Judging by the bolt and scope, it also appears in the loading screen for "White Head" despite the fact it never appears in it and infact the Geweher 43 appears instead.
