What's here - a vent rib???

Smith & Wesson Model 17 Target or Smith & Wesson Model 586 with a long barrel. Although if he really does have vent rib, nothing at except the Colt Python not remains.

Possibly but all these ideas (including Python) seem very unlikely. I cannot imagine how one of these modern American revolvers could appear on Soviet film studio. Holstered evolver

Reichsrevolver M1879 Revolver - 10.6x25R

A revolver is seen in Edwood's (Mikheil Kherkheulidze) holster.

Similar looking revolver is seen in the holster of Black Jack's man.

It really looks similar to Reichsrevolver but something in the shape of the grip, its curvature and how it is widened to the end makes me doubt. I think that some more research is needed though maybe we'll come to Reichsrevolver at last. Greg-Z (talk) 02:17, 14 January 2016 (EST)
