::Yes, the same objection was in the discussion that I mentioned. But no better guess was proposed. In any case, the movie pistol is not a standard Luger but some modified version. [[User:Greg-Z|Greg-Z]] ([[User talk:Greg-Z|talk]]) 14:08, 18 August 2013 (EDT)

Otto von Kuckuck's Luger

This pistol isn't an ordinary P08. It was discussed on Russian web sites and the only guess was that it is a converted Luger Carbine, like this one:

A rare Luger carbine 9x19mm

But it's a guess, not a accurate answer. Greg-Z (talk) 09:11, 18 August 2013 (EDT)

I'm guessing Luger carbines are pretty rare though, and to modify one into a more common Luger pistol is just idiotic, from a financial and a shooting standpoint. --Funkychinaman (talk) 13:13, 18 August 2013 (EDT)
Yes, the same objection was in the discussion that I mentioned. But no better guess was proposed. In any case, the movie pistol is not a standard Luger but some modified version. Greg-Z (talk) 14:08, 18 August 2013 (EDT)
