Lily has a Ruger LCP as her backup sidearm. It's revealed from "[L]one wolf" that Rose formerly used the pistol.

AK-47

The AK-47 is used by Lily as her primary weapon in the resistance. In "[L]one wolf", it's hinted to be the primary weapon formerly used by Rose before she was killed in action.
