In the Season 19 premiere "Blood in the Water" (S19E01), Virgil McKeever (Dave Florek) is seen holding a pump action rifle that resembles a Remington 760. The rifle is also seen used by both Thelma McKeever (Katherine Cortez) and then by Gibbs in the episode.
