The Heckler & Koch VP9 is seen used in "All or Nothing".

Gibbs uses the M1911A1 as his personal/duty sidearm with NCIS. One is seen as a pink gun on a banner in "Peacekeeper".

A SIG-Sauer P226 is seen with ex-Crasis Group contractor Ian Maddux (Grant Harvey) in "All Hands".

The SIG-Sauer P228 is seen as the sidearm of Special Agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) and Special Agent Jessica Knight (Katrina Law).
SIG-Sauer P229R
The SIG-Sauer P229R is seen with Supervisory Special Agent Alden Parker (Gary Cole) and Special Agent Jessica Knight (Katrina Law) in "All Hands". In "First Steps", the P229R was once again used by Special Agent Knight but also by Special Agent Timothy McGee and NCIS Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll).
In reality, the P229R has been the standard issue pistol of the NCIS (along with the SIG-Sauer P239) since 2011, though the NCIS pistols are both chambered in .40 S&W and feature the SIG-Sauer DAK (Double Action Kellerman) trigger system.
SIG-Sauer P238
The SIG-Sauer P238 is seen briefly with Nick as a backup piece. In "Last Dance", he hands it to Maria Diaz (Mariela Garriaga) for protection.
