A Pain in the Ass (original title L'emmerdeur) is a 1973 French-Italian black comedy directed by Édouard Molinaro and starring Lino Ventura as Ralf Milan, a hitman on a hunt for an important witness. Milan waits with a rifle in a hotel room but all his plans are spoiled by a neurotic salesman François Pignon (Jacques Brel) who decides to commit a suicide in a room next to Milan's.

The film was remade by Francis Veber in 2008 under the same name.
