In Season 2's premiere "The Hunting Party" (S2E01), Solotov (Josh Stewart) uses a suppressed DRD Tactical Paratus-16-LR-B to open fire on Swagger and his men.

Swagger also uses a DRD Tactical M762 as a short-range sniper rifle.
Knight's Armament SR-25
In "Remember the Alamo" (S2E02), a flashback to Afghanistan shows Swagger using his camouflage-painted and suppressed Knight's Armament SR-25.
"Black King" (D&L MR-30 PG)

In Season 2's premiere "The Hunting Party" (S2E01), terrorists disguised as German police use Heckler & Koch G36Cs in an attempted hit in Frankfurt. Swagger uses one also during the firefight. Regular police officers in Frankurt use them as well.

Mexican Federal Police are armed with the Heckler & Koch G3 in "Across the Rio Grande" (S2E06).

A Beretta 92FS is used at a local shooting range and in the hands of a Russian Mafiya Boevik in "The Man Called Noon" (S2E05). Some operatives who infiltrate the Memphis residence are armed with the Beretta in "Across the Rio Grande" (S2E06).
Colt Gold Cup National Match
A Colt Gold Cup National Match is used by Julie Swagger (Shantel VanSanten) at a local shooting range in "The Dark End of the Street" (S2E04) and in "The Man Called Noon" (S2E05).
FNP-45 Tactical
A FNP-45 Tactical is used in "Don't Mess with Texas" (S2E03) before Isaac uses it.
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is carried by Isaac Johnson (Omar Epps), first seen in "The Hunting Party" (S2E01) while being chased by gunmen in downtown Bangkok. Swagger's unit in Afghanistan use them as their main sidearm. A CIA Special Operations Group unit is seen using them briefly in "Don't Mess with Texas" (S2E03). It shows up with other characters on occasion, especially with Nadine. Johnson attaches a suppressor to his Glock in "Across the Rio Grande" (S2E06).
Heckler & Koch VP9
A Heckler & Koch VP9 is seen in Solotov's arms cache in "Don't Mess with Texas" (S2E03).
Heckler & Koch USP
A Heckler & Koch USP is used by Gunnery Sergeant Angela Tio (Jaina Lee Ortiz) in the present day as her official sidearm. Solotov is armed with a similar pistol in "Across the Rio Grande" (S2E06).
Springfield Armory Custom Professional 1911-A1
A Springfield Armory Custom Professional 1911-A1 appears to be the pistol carried by Bob Lee. He pulls it notably in "Don't Mess With Texas" (S2E03).

Dobbs pulls what appears to be a 3" Smith & Wesson Model 10 in "Don't Mess With Texas" (S2E03).
Walther PPK
A Walther PPK is used by Solotov in "The Hunting Party" (S2E01).

A gunman wields the Smith & Wesson 4505 pistol in "The Dark End of the Street" (S2E04).
