wz. or Wz.
I found discussion (which is unhelpfully split over separate pages), but I'm not sure I see the argument here. I've tried looking into this myself (well before this discussion too) and even most Polish-language sources I come across the all-lowercase style (both "kbs wz." and "wz.". I have never seen a situation in any language where that language's grammar rules apply to proper nouns / names / designations, and this seems very out of place to me, especially when, again, Polish language stuff seems to use fully lowercase too.
