The OTs-01 Kobalt (Russian: ОЦ-01 "Кобальт", "Cobalt") and also known as RSA (Revolver Stechkina-Avraamova) is a Russian revolver designed by Igor Stechkin, famous inventor of the APS automatic pistol. The revolver is also manufactured by "Zlatoust Machine-Building Plant" and "Uralsk Machine-Building Plant" under designation of TKB-0216.
