Virginia Madsen (born 11th September 1958, Chicago, Illinois, USA) is an American actress who has appeared in such films as The Hot Spot, Crossfire Trail and Firewall. She received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film Sideways. She also is the sister of actor Michael Madsen.
