A Little Favor

Do you think it's possible to do Articles for The Contractor starring Chris Pine, White Elephant starting Bruce Wilis and Michael, Uncharted staring Mark Wahlberg and Tom Holland, and 24 Hours to Live starting Ethan Hawke. And do you think you could talk to Pustelga7 about this?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 13:25, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

Sure thing mate! I’d be happy to do so and could talk with Pustelga7 if you’d like. I want to add pictures to some of my edits as well but don’t know how because I’m fairly new to editing, to which I mostly rely on my knowledge of what I see in movies, TV shows and games. Every time I take screencaps when watching on Netflix, Stan or other steaming channels it comes out “black” which I presume is a legal copy thing and if I use my phone with camera the quality varies. Will try my best on this.--MrJDK9412 (talk) 23:35 AEST, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

Haha, too right mate.--MrJDK9412 (talk) 23:44 AEST, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

Hello?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 12:43, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
How are things going mate?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 14:27, 15 July 2023 (UTC)

Hello there, sorry I’ve been a bit busy lately with the new job but also only capable of editing posts of current/established articles on movies, tv shows, games and ect. I will need time to learn how to make a new article/page in given time. Sorry for the inconvenience mate, but I hope you understand.--MrJDK9412 (talk) 03:28 AEST, 18 July 2023 (UTC)

I understand Mate. And I'm guessing you have a family?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 17:45, 17 July 2023 (UTC)

Just me, if I had a family I’d definitely be way too busy haha. Maybe some day. With work it’s plenty busy already but I try to make time for IMFDB when I can. If you have a list of movies and such, I could try throw in word with some of the other contributors. --MrJDK9412 (talk) 04:13 AEST, 18 July 2023 (UTC)

If your not too busy I need a little help with identifying two firearms in two images that I have uploaded. Do you think you can help me? If so here are the images: down below. Sorry if they are a bit blurry.--DJBrimstorm (talk) 18:39, 17 July 2023 (UTC)

SWAT17S6E21 08.jpg
TTL 0183.jpg

From which movie(s) are these pictures from?--MrJDK9412 (talk) 05:08 AEST, 18 July 2023 (UTC)

SWAT Season 6 Episode 17 is the top one. And the Terminal List Season 1 Episode 4 is the bottom one.--DJBrimstorm (talk) 19:10, 17 July 2023 (UTC)

The rifle from SWAT appears to be a SIG-Sauer 516 from my guess. The rifle is pretty far to see but I do pick up on a few unique characteristics of the gun such as the monolithic upper rail and adjustable gas lever but the rest of the rifle is seen just before the guy drops to the ground, where the Crane stock and AR-15 reciever is seen. --MrJDK9412 (talk) 08:22 AEST, 18 July 2023 (UTC)

Were you able to identify the rifle from the terminal list episode picture?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 01:07, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
Uh Hello? Are you there MrJDK9412?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 01:10, 19 July 2023 (UTC)

Hi, I’m here. Been busy with work all day. Anyway in regards of your question I wasn’t too sure what it is because I am not sure what scene it is and the image is not clear enough to ID well. I’d watch The Terminal List, which in my opinion is looking to be a great show I’d get invested in! But… I’m not subscribed to Amazon. From the looks of it it may be an HK417 or AR-10 due to the monolithic looking quad rail but I cannot confirm. Caio mate. --MrJDK9412 (talk) 17:17 AEST, 19 July 2023 (UTC)

Just take your time mate. And on an unrelated note, ciao is a French word.--DJBrimstorm (talk) 08:55, 19 July 2023 (UTC)

Aye matey ;). So what you think of the publish of SWAT? A SIG 516 or any other AR? I really want to watch TTL since it’s actually interesting and from the looks of it pretty faithful and cared for. --MrJDK9412 (talk) 19:09 AEST, 19 July 2023 (UTC)

I think you got the SWAT one right. Just take your time with the terminal list photo and get back to me on that one as soon as possible, kay mate.--DJBrimstorm (talk) 10:17, 19 July 2023 (UTC)

Was the Terminal List one a DPMS LRT SASS Rifle?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 20:07, 19 July 2023 (UTC)

I don’t see any vent holes on the handguard that we see on a DPMS, it looks more of a HK417 because the original snd/or civilian variant lack vent holes. There’s also some coverage inside the handguard where the barrel protrudes out, again just a guess but that’s what I think. --MrJDK9412 (talk) 21:53 AEST, 20 July 2023 (UTC)

But the front sight for an HK 417 isn't attached to the top rail. And in that Photo the front sight is attached to the end of the front rail.--DJBrimstorm (talk) 12:47, 20 July 2023 (UTC)

Think you can send me a much clearer picture of this scene’s rifle? The front sight looks like a BUIS as I can seen what appears to be the rail that holds it. --MrJDK9412 (talk) 05:55 AEST, 21 July 2023 (UTC)

I'll do my best--DJBrimstorm (talk) 20:41, 20 July 2023 (UTC)

Is the one I uploaded clear enough?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 20:48, 20 July 2023 (UTC)

Or was the Rifle a LaRue Tactical PredatOBR 7.62 with 16" barrel?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 22:17, 20 July 2023 (UTC)

Hey Mate, if you get this message. Please respond back to me as soon as possible.--DJBrimstorm (talk) 16:11, 21 July 2023 (UTC)

Hey there, was the images improved over the old one that you posted earlier? I almost thought they were the same but it does look a bit clearer. It’s definitely a 7.62 AR but I can’t see any vent holes on the handguard that’d make it a DPMS or LaRue. What I can see now is that it’s got a prong flash hider. Defs a short barrel. --MrJDK9412 (talk) 02:17 AEST, 22 July 2023 (UTC)

One user said on Terminal List Talk Page that it looked like the same LaRue Tactical PredatOBR 7.62 from the Fate of the Furious movie. But the prong flash hider and shorter barrel mean that the rifle is a LaRue Tactical PredatOBR 7.62 with 16" barrel wouldn’t you agree?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 19:02, 21 July 2023 (UTC)

Now that I’ve reviewed the rifle from Fate and compared to Terminal List, I think it may as well be a LaRue Tactical PredatOBR 7.62, with a shorter barrel. For some reason the handguard looks filled in where the vent holes are (perhaps it’s a dummy or rubber prop) but the profile of the rifle does seem to match. Long day at my friends wedding, but I think I can agree on this despite my burnt out condition. --MrJDK9412 (talk) 18:17 AEST, 22 July 2023 (UTC)

MrJDK9412, thank you for everything.--DJBrimstorm (talk) 13:12, 25 July 2023 (UTC)

A Question

Glock pistol mounted in CAA Micro RONI.
SIG-Sauer P226 mounted in CAA RONI-SI1.
What appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 mounted in a CAA Micro RONI is seen in the hands of Garrick (Urijah Faber) in the foreground.
Garrick (Urijah Faber), one of Burke's mercenaries, uses what appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 mounted in a CAA Micro RONI.

Does the firearm in this photo look like a CAA Roni SI1 or CAA Micro Roni, because the users who edited the article for the 2018 movie Rampage, said that the firearm, Urijah Faber was wielding was CAA Roni SI1, but I think it’s a CAA Micro Roni because of the rectangular handguard, while the CAA Roni SI1 has a more rounded handguard. What do you think?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 20:06, 30 July 2023 (UTC)

It’s a Micro Roni because it looks very compact when compared to the SI1 Roni. Faber is also gripping the spare magazine magwell (with thumb rest placed on the side rails) in front which the Micro has and the SI1 lacks because the spare magazine is placed at the buttstock. The frame itself is very Micro as well cause of the barrel shroud and underbarrel flashlight it sports, hope that helps.--MrJDK9412 (talk) 10:09 AEST, 31 July 2023 (UTC)

A Little Help

Do you think you could help with the images for the F9 and Fast X Movies for the Fast and Furious Movie Franchise, I mean, they’ve got to be added at some point am I right?--DJBrimstorm (talk) 18:17, 15 August 2023 (UTC)

I’ll have a look into it. I can only help with identifying but in terms of adding pictures I’ll need some help with the how to.--MrJDK9412 (talk) 21:55 AEST, 19 August 2023 (UTC)
