I don't know why, but I have a feeling this will be as epic as The Dark Knight. - bozitojugg3rn4ut (talk) 14:40, 13 April 2014 (EDT)

Sentinels' rotary guns

Saw a trailer for this movie and it showed brief clips of large humanoid robots that I'm assuming are supposed to be Sentinels, one of which was firing a rotary gun that looked like either a GE M134 Minigun, or an M61 Vulcan. Orca1 9904 (talk) 03:43, 20 April 2014 (EDT)

where would they have got the ammo

in the film one of the thugs has a Tokarev where would they have got the ammo for it the other guns the colts and the browning the ammo was and still is readily available i was led to believe Warsaw pact weapons and ammo were hard to get before the fall of the iron curtain --Seekerdude (talk) 18:08, 15 October 2014 (EDT)

Actual Warsaw/Soviet bloc weapons and equipment were impossible to import legally - That said, the gun could have been gotten through the black market. And of course the TT could have been a Yugo or Chinese copy, both of which could be imported (well, technically anyway - they at least weren't outright 'banned' like the eastern bloc stuff). Ammo would be no problem whatsoever, though. Plenty of makers here and around the globe make and have made soviet-caliber cartridges (Actual Combloc-made munitions are another story, of course). All told, as you yourself stated, getting said stuff would be hard, and perhaps unlikely, but certainly far from impossible. StanTheMan (talk) 22:48, 15 October 2014 (EDT)
Since this is during the time of the Vietnam War, could these have been smuggled in? --Ben41 (talk) 01:58, 16 October 2014 (EDT)
