The psychiatric security guards are armed with Glock 44 handguns later an Invisible Tom (Michael Dorman) who Cecilia (Elizabeth Moss) mistakens for Adrian (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) would take one of the Glock pistol killing the guards in the hallway. Cecilia would later use one.
