D80 bayonet
The same D80 bayonet, a Chinese copy of the Smith and Wesson Special Ops M9 bayonet, reused from the Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 remakes appears once again as the "Combat Knife".

ACOG
The Trijicon 4x32 ACOG is featured as the "Scope". It is obtained for free if the player buys the Springfield M1903A4 rifle which comes with the scope at Chapter 2, if it is skipped, then it is available separately for 4000 pesetas in Chapter 3 onwards. It is also available in Chapter 1 of Separate Ways, along with the M1903A4. It is incorrectly depicted as a two-stage magnification scope.
Discussion
Interestingly, the developers took care to model the bolt in the bolt carrier of the Benelli M3. I got a good shot of it in this elevator sequence when I was out of ammo for it. --Fisto RLTW (talk) 15:54, 2 April 2023 (EDT)
Leon's pistol shooting stances
When aiming with a pistol, Leon will brace the pistol closer to his body if an enemy is too close to him. This might suggest that among his training, Leon was taught to use the center axis relock shooting technique in close-quarters situations.

The "bolt thrower" is just a Cobra 80 lbs pistol crossbow with a repeating magazine like the Adder designed by Joerg Sprave
