Please help ID
I am not sure of the identity of this gun. It seems most like a derivative of the Smith & Wesson 39 (439/539/639) but I still have doubts (at least the grip seems quite wrong). Can anyone confirm or correct this? I realize this isn't the best shot to look at, but literally the best in this quick scene.
