I dont watch this film and I haven't even DVD copy, so I can't help ID. Maybe somebody in future will upload more quality shots and we can ID now. Now quality is low and I can't help. Maybe we should move this article to disscussion page? Pyramid Silent (talk) 12:55, 16 February 2015 (EST)

Basket Case is a 1982 horror comedy b-movie directed and written by Frank Henenlotter. It's about a young man who keeps his small monstrous and psychotic brother Belial in a basket and together they seek revenge from the doctors who separated them. The movie was made with an extremely low budget of 35.000 dollars.

In the beginning of the film Dr. Lifflander (Bill Freeman) is armed with a snub nose revolver. He manages to fire 6 shots total before Belial attacks and rips his face off.
