The following firearms were used in the film Super Troopers:

Handguns

Glock 17

The Vermont State Police troopers Rod Farva (Kevin Heffernan), Mac (Steve Lemme), Foster (Paul Soter), Thorny (Jay Chandrasekhar), Rabbit (Eric Stohanske) and Captain O'Hagan (Brian Cox) carry Glock 17s. The Spurbury Police, Chief Grady (Daniel von Bargen), Local Officer Smy (Michael Weaver), Local Officer Burton (Dan Fey), and Local Officer Rando (James Grace) also use Glock 17s. Ursula (Marisa Coughlan) carries a Glock in a holster but is not seen using it.

O'Hagan fires a round off, thinking the Glock is loaded with blanks, but is mistaken and puts a bullet through his car's window. If you look closely, he completely misses the window in this scene, but the window still shatters.

Shotguns

Remington 870

Each police force uses a Remington 870 shotgun, seen in the hands of Farva, Ursula, Mayor Timber (John Bedford Lloyd) and Local Officer Smy. Note that the magazine tube on all the 870s in the film are stainless, indicating the same gun was used for all scenes due to budget constraints.

Marksman Repeater BB gun

When Spurbury Police Chief Grady draws his pistol inside the trailer, a continuity error is revealed as it appears to be a Marksman Repeater BB pistol, possibly a Marksman 1010 or 1020.
