The Ruby Extra is a Spanish revolver produced by Llama-Gabilondo y Cia SA from 1955 till 1970 as the "economy range" (this revolver wasn't branded Llama that was reserved for the guns of better standard of manufacture and higher price). It is based on the Smith & Wesson Model 10 but fitted with coiled mainspring. Ruby Extra was produced in several variants, chambered in .38 Special, .32 S&W and .22 LR, with 2-, 4-, 5- and 6-inch barrel. Target versions of Ruby Extra are fitted with ventilated ribs.
