...but Kimie Kobayashi may have been the one to do so. It's confusing.
SWE Taser
A large taser pistol is used by the SWE for non-lethal situations.
The taser is used by Kimie in "Complication, Trigger -Awakening-".
Assault Rifles
AEK-971
The AEK-971 is seen with Russian contractors assigned to protect Loshkov's research facility in Western Russia.

AK-12
The AK-12 is seen with Russian soldiers as their standard assault rifle.

The AK-47 is seen with Miracle Mick cultists in "Barrier -Onset-". FSA rebels use them as their preferred weapon.
