Future Diary, or better known by the original Japanese title Mirai Nikki, is a 2011 anime series based on the manga of the same name written by Sakae Esuno. Yukiteru Amano lives in his world and largely dispenses with contacts with his classmates. His only hobby is keeping a diary of all everyday events on his cell phone. His only friend, a god named Deus Ex Machina, only exists in Yuki's imagination. Yuki's life goes crazy when he realizes that his cell phone diary is predicting the future. The enthusiasm quickly fades when his classmate Yuno explains that she too is the owner of a future diary. Yuki's imaginary friend Deus Ex Machina is more real than expected and is planning a cruel game: twelve participants with diaries that predict the future. Twelve people who kill each other. Because in the end, only one can win.

The following weapons were used in the anime series Future Diary:

Revolvers

Smith & Wesson Model 37

The standard revolver for the Japanese police is Smith & Wesson Model 37 Airweight, which resembles the Tanaka airsoft model. It is used by Chief inspector Keigo Kurusu in Ep. 02 "Contract Terms", Ep. 09 "Blocking Calls", and Ep. 11 "Service Terminated". Young police officer Masumi Nishijima uses one of these revolvers in Ep. 10 "Family Plan" against Number 3. Many other police officers in the eleventh episode make use of their revolvers in the Sakurami police station. In the same episode, Yuno and Yukiteru get in control of some Model 37s. They both also use these revolvers in Ep. 12 "No Service Area". The revolvers are also used in Ep. 19 "Clear Data" by Masumi Nishijima and Yukiteru. Officer Nishijima is last seen with his revolver in Ep. 20 "Transfer Data". The last use of the revolver by Yukiter is in Ep. 22 "Disconnect".

Nishijima, in the narrative of Murmur, fires his revolver at the incoming Number 3 (Ep. 10).

Emotionally Yukiteru, in a conflict of conscience, makes his way to Number 8 through ruins (Ep. 22).
Having learned the weapon handling through the series he shows a good trigger discipline (Ep. 22).

Smith & Wesson Model 27

Five guns can be seen in Ep. 26 "Format", hanging on an apartment's wall. Smith & Wesson Model 27 with 4" barrel is seen among it.

Pistols

Walther PPK

International terrorist Minene Uryuu's personal firearm is the Walther PPK pistol, that she carries throughout the series in Ep. 10 "Family Plan", Ep 11 "Service Terminated", Ep. 12 "No Service Area" Ep. 16 "Repair", Ep. 20 "Transfer Data" and Ep. 21 "Security Code". In some of these episodes, it can be seen in her chest holster.

Before inserting a magazine, which is seen below the gun, the PPK is seen in a close-up. The reloading itself is done off-screen, a few seconds later (Ep. 16).
Minene, this time as a referee, holds up her pistol which offers a good view of the Walther shape and a look at the sunrise, of course (Ep. 16).
One-handed Minene holds her Walther. Like this, the weapon is seen most often in low-detail (Ep. 21).

She hastily takes aim with her Walther (Minene's eyepatch was hit-off a few minutes before, uncovering the prosthetic eye) (Ep. 21).

Heckler & Koch USP

All Japanese SAT officers are equipped with Heckler & Koch USPs in Ep. 12 "No Service Area". In the same Episode, Yukiteru Amano is also seen with a USP during the standoff in the destroyed hospital floor.

SIG P230 JP

In Ep. 12 "No Service Area", Chief inspector Keigo Kurusu is armed with a SIG-Sauer P230 pistol rather than the Smith & Wesson Model 37 revolver as in the previous episodes.

Beretta 92FS

A Beretta 92FS pistol is used by an assassin in Ep. 18 "Crossed Lines". In the next episode, "Clear Data", Yuno Gasai, as well as John Bacchus and his bodyguards, use Beretta 92FS pistols during an ambush. Bacchus's security and Yuno use Berettas in Ep. 20 "Transfer Data" and Ep. 21 "Security Code".

Rifles

Colt M16A1

One U.S. soldier is seen using an M16A1 rifle fitted with Aimpoint sights in Minene Uryuu's childhood flashback in an unnamed Middle East country (Ep. 03 "Initial Failure").

A U.S. soldier opens fire with his M16A1. Note that the handguards appear triangular, but have ribbing reminiscent of the M16A2's cylindrical handguards.

AKM

During the same flashback, Arabic militiamen are armed with AKM assault rifles.

Bolt Action rifle

Five guns can be seen in Ep. 26 "Format", hanging on an apartment's wall. A scoped rifle with left-handed bolt handle is seen among it. Considering the fact that bolt action rifles need two handed operators, even a left-handed bolt handle is useless for one-armed Minene.

Grenades & Explosives

M84 stun grenade

Several M84 stun grenades can be seen in the Minene Uryuu's arsenal. The first M84 is used by her and Police inspector Masumi Nishijima in Ep. 10 "Family Plan" to set up a trap for Number 3. In Ep. 12 "No Service Area", she hands over one to Yukiteru when he was supposed to patrol the hospital corridors. This flashbang is also seen in the hands of an SAT officer and Yuno. Minene uses two more M84 grenades in Ep. 20 "Transfer Data".

"Pull the safety pin, release the lever and 5 seconds later the grenade will explode. Dead easy."
The stun grenade in Yukiteru's hand after thrown over by Minene (Ep. 12).
After taking Yukiteru's grenade, the well-educated SAT officer, oddly enough, calls it a "Frag Grenade". From his training he should have known what kind of grenade that is, but well, that's for the dramatic (Ep. 12).

"Not a step further or I'll blow everything up!" (Ep. 12).
"I will always be close to you."
Yuno pulled the safety pin...
"You will die here with me!"
... and releases the lever as Minene said to them (Ep. 12).
An M84 thrown by Minene detonates in mid-air (Ep. 20).

M83 Smoke Grenade

One of Kamado Ueshiba's orphans in Ep. 19 "Clear Data" uses a red-painted M83 smoke grenade.

International terrorist Minene Uryuu uses the Mk 2 hand grenade once in Ep. 19 "Clear Data" and in Ep. 20 "Transfer Data".

Improvised Bombs

Minene uses several improvised bombs at several scenes.

Mortally wounded Minene plants a bomb near herself in Ep. 21 "Security Code".
Minene prepares to detonate the bomb.
