Smith & Wesson 3913NL
Detective James Edwards (Will Smith) can be seen carrying a Smith & Wesson 3913NL as his weapon of choice, drawing it several times while pursuing a disguised alien on foot, using it to shoot open the door of a building (the Guggenheim) the alien had jumped onto the roof of. He then pulls it on Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones) when K disintegrates the head of Jack Jeebs (Tony Shalhoub). Though the pistol looks identical to the S&W 3913LS "Lady Smith", there are several scenes in the movie that show the right hand side of the slide which does not have "Lady Smith" inscribed - These models were released subsequent to the LS and were given the model ID S&W 3913NL for "No Logo" or "Non-LadySmith".
Ruger Super Redhawk
As the alien (nicknamed "the bug" by the MiB), disguised as Edgar (Vincent D'Onofrio), is searching New York City for "the galaxy", a tow truck driver (Peter Linari) prepares to tow a pest exterminator van stolen by the bug. When the bug confronts the driver with Edgar's shotgun, the driver pulls out a Ruger Super Redhawk, thinking the sight of the revolver would intimidate him, though is fatally mistaken when the bug kills him and takes both his gun and his tow truck.

SIG-Sauer P225 (Non Gun)
During the agent selection process at MiB headquarters, the candidates, consisting of several elite U.S. military personnel and Detective Edwards, are placed on a firing range and tasked with engaging a series of targets in a "Hogan's Alley"-esque scenario using "Non Gun" replicas of SIG-Sauer P225s. The military personnel begin firing numerous rounds at all the alien targets, while Edwards fires only one round into a target made to look like a little girl. When asked why he shot that target, he pointed out how the alien targets appeared not to be posing a threat, while the target he shot was holding science textbooks for subjects far too advanced for her age.
Shotguns
Winchester Model 1897
A Winchester Model 1897 shotgun appears as the weapon of choice of Edgar (Vincent D'Onofrio), who wields it when investigating an alien crash-landing on his farm. The bug orders him to place the weapon on the ground, to which Edgar responds by chambering a round and stating that the alien can have his gun "when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers." The bug then kills and skins Edgar, taking his skin as a disguise and also taking the shotgun, brandishing it several times throughout the rest of the film.
Edgar: "You can have my gun *pumps shotgun* when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers."
Bug: "Your proposal is acceptable."
Edgar (Vincent D'Onofrio) brandishes his Winchester Model 1897 moments before being killed by the bug.
