Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is used by Earth Alpha Office of Interchange black ops agent Cyrus (Mido Hamada) as his personal sidearm. One is used with a water bottle as a makeshift suppressor in "Shaking the Tree" (S1E05) by Angel Eyes (Nolan Gerard Funk).
Current American made Beretta 92FS - 9x19mm.

Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen with Baldwin (Sara Serraiocco) when she takes out two Earth Prime Office of Interchange agents in "The Crossing" (S1E01). Ian Shaw (Nicholas Pinnock) uses it as his siderm.
