A SIG-Sauer P229R is the sidearm carried by Sergeant Henry "Hank" Voight (Jason Beghe).

The SIG-Sauer P229R is given back to Sergeant Henry "Hank" Voight (Jason Beghe) in Season 4's premiere "The Silos" (S4E01).

Glock 17

The Glock 17 is the sidearm carried by the majority of the detectives in the Special Intelligence Unit of the Chicago PD including Antonio Dawson (Jon Seda), Officer Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger), and Alvin Olinsky (Elias Koteas). The Glock is also carried by the majority of the patrol officers on the show, which includes Officer Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati).

3rd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm. Note the finger grooves, thumb reliefs, and accessory rail on the frame, which differentiate it from the older model.

Glock 19

Detective Erin Lindsay (Sophia Bush) and Detective Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) both carry a Glock 19 as their sidearm.

The Glock is in the holster of Detective Erin Lindsay (Sophia Bush) in Season 4's premiere "The Silos" (S4E01).

Lorcin L22 Nickel

A nickel-plated Lorcin L22 pistol is seen on the seat of murder victim Bobby Trent in "Little Bit of Light" (S4E18).

Lorcin L22 Pistol is seen on the seat of murder victim Bobby Trent in "Little Bit of Light" (S4E18).

M4A1 carbines are used throughout the series.

MK 18 Mod 1

Mk 18 Mod 1 with Crane stock, KAC back-up iron sights, EOTech XPS3, AN/PEQ-15 ATPIAL, vertical foregrip, and dual pressure activation switch - 5.56x45mm NATO

In certain episodes this season you can see some of the members of Intelligence unit use MK 18 Mod 1 with Magpul CTR Stocks, gen 3 pmags, and flip up sights with various different Eotech reflex sights. The one who uses this the most is Detective Jay Halstead.
