Wrongfully Accused (1998)

Wrongfully Accused is a 1998 satirical film comedy in the tradition of The Naked Gun and Airplane! film series. Chiefly a parody of The Fugitive (1993), Leslie Nielsen stars as Ryan Harrison, a concert violinist who finds himself a murder suspect after awakening next to a dead body. The film was directed by Pat Proft, who had written or co-written many of the films in the genre, including The Naked Gun trilogy and three films in the Scary Movie film series. The cast included Richard Crenna, Kelly LeBrock, Melinda McGraw, and Michael York.
