Det. Kawamori carries Nambu Model 60 throughot the movie as his duty sidearm. His revolver also can be seen in the hands of Blue Kid and Aira Mu. Another Nambu Model 60 briefly can be seen during the prologue.

M16 Rifle is the most popular weapon of the Hell's Wind biker.

The original M16, the first version, firing in a 20-round magazine, adopted in large numbers by the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam. This has the original 3-prong flash hider. It would later be replaced by the upgraded M16A1 - 5.56x45mm
