V is the 2009 television series remake of the 1983 NBC sci-fi miniseries. As in the original series, an alien race comes to Earth with a promise of cooperation and superior technology, but their real intentions becomes evident to a handful of humans. The series aired in the US on ABC for two seasons from 2009 to 2011.
