The description is deliberately vague to avoid needless spoilers. While fighting Makarov at the end is about as big a surprise as Mario fighting Bowser, it isn't really obvious from the image that the body is Soap (I deliberately didn't look at Soap so his name wouldn't appear and stood so you couldn't see anything distinctive) and I don't think it's really necessary to say it is. Thanks for your contributions to the Southland pages. In the future, please keep your captions a little shorter. The main point of the caption is to describe the weapon seen. Over-explaining won't happen again, but what's wrong with describing the context? People might do well to know *some* details if they see a screenshot of a cop laying on the ground firing his weapon. As it states in the Rules, Standards and Principles:

(e) Speaking in generalities is better than spe cifics, when describing events of the film or show. Saying "John Doe uses a Beretta 92FS throughout the film" is preferable to writing "John Doe uses a Beretta 92FS to avenge his brother's death and kill all his enemies by the end of the film". You can be very specific in identifying the weapon used, and still leave a little mystery for the visitor who may not have seen the film yet. -Ben41 (talk) 01:07, 10 March 2013 (EST)

I'm removing the screenshots because there are already too many screenshots for those weapons and the screenshots do not point out anything new other than it is from a different episode. I am aware, and I appreciate you replacing my screenshots with higher quality ones, that's how it's been done since I started. I upload a shot, and someone (probably you) gets a higher quality one. I'm fine with that. However, I think the weapons show what goes on throughout the story of the show, when Cooper and Lucero are kidnapped, it's important IMO to show that the suspect uses Lucero's Beretta (etc.) Glock172 (talk) 14:36, 14 April 2013 (EDT)

Uploading Screenshots

If you mistakenly overwrite an existing screenshot, you can tap the "Revert" command in order to change it back. This is located in the "File History" box on the left when you click the image. You can then change the resolution from "600px" to "601px" to see the changed picture on the page.

It's best when uploading screenshots from TV, that you put the name and episode number in your filename, ex. for Southland Season 4 Episode 3, you could put as a filename: SouthS4E03 Beretta. --Ben41 (talk) 01:07, 10 March 2013 (EST)

That aside, can you not revert the edits I made to clarify certain pictures? I spent time on that, and I'd rather you discuss it with me before you completely remove it.
