UD M42 submachine gun - .45 ACP

United Defense UD M42 submachine gun has been designed during 1941-42 by American designer Carl Swebilius from High Standard Manufacturing Company (USA) and produced from 1942 to 1943 by United Defense Supply Corp as a replacement for the Thompson submachine gun. It was main used by members of Office of Strategic Services (OSS).
