The following guns were used in the movie Underworld: Evolution
Walther P99
Selene (Kate Beckinsale), reprising the use of one of her signature weapons in Underworld, uses a pair of two tone Walther P99s fitted with laser sights at the bottom of the barrels. They feature prominently in both versions of the movie poster, in addition to having a prominent role in the climatic Lycan battle.
Apparently, she loses her first pair, but gets new ones from Tanis' (Steven Mackintosh) arsenal.
Beretta M92FS
Selene's (Kate Beckinsale) other signature weapon, the Beretta M92FS, returns, again modified to fire in full auto with compensators attached. However, these differ from the originals, and closely resemble the Beretta M92FS seen in Leon: The Professional.
AK-47
AK-47s are located in the vampire safehouse, and are used by the Hungarian police officers when they were hunting Michael Corvin in the forest.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
These Heckler & Koch MP5A3s are stored in the vampire safehouse, and are the weapons of choice of Kraven's team before their permanent incapacitation.
Heckler & Koch G36K
Alexander's Cleaners prefer the Heckler & Koch G36K assault rifle as their weapon of choice. In the original movie, this weapon was used primarily by the Lycans. Selene is also seen using a dead Cleaners G36K on other Lycans.
Mossberg Compact Cruiser
Both Selene and Alexander's squad wield the Mossberg Compact Cruiser during the movie.
MAC-10
Tanis(Steven Mackintosh), the exiled vampire archivist, has a gun cache in his compound that includes a MAC-10, a Kimel AP9 and a Beretta 93R with foreward grip in closed position.
another unknown pistol
Tanis's gun cache includes this unknown pistol. From the large grip and unique slide profile, it would appear to be a Desert Eagle, although the exact caliber cannot be determined.
I would say this could be either another 92FS type weapon, a Glock, SIG P229, or a Desert Eagle (Best oppinion).

CZ 75
The local Hungarian police use this pistol.
AP-9
When Marcus attacks Michael on the ship. Selene rushes down with a AP-9 to attack Marcus seeing that Michael has been impaled.
M249 SAW
A Cleaner can be seen cocking and using a M249 SAW on the helicopter.
Heckler & Koch UMP
A cleaner is seen using this before he is killed by William and Selene uses it to attack the cleaner lycans.
