Type 3 Heavy Machine Gun with tripod - 6.5x50mm SR

A license-produced derivative of the Hotchkiss M1914 Machine Gun. Smaller cousin of the Type 92 heavy machine gun.

Specifications

(1914 - 1941)

Type: Heavy Machine Gun*

Caliber: 6.5x50mm SR

Capacity: 30 round clip

Fire Modes: Fully Automatic (450 rounds per minute)

*Like the Type 92, the Type 3 should really be considered a medium machine gun, as it fires a rifle bullet and does not have any capacity to accept a belt feed; only the enormous weight of the weapon (121 pounds with a tripod) really qualifies it as a "heavy" machine gun.
